Jane Stroud
Jane Stroud was born and raised in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo. Her goals for the people of Ward 4 are the fulfillment of "Basic Needs", which include water and sewer servicing, a sidewalk for youth to walk on when travelling to and from school, usable skating rinks, family community support services for the elders, walking trails and ongoing road repairs. Items to lobby for in Ward 4 include high speed Internet for Gregoire Lake Estates, and the ability for Conklin to tap into Fort McMurray radio stations.
Jane has two children and three grandchildren. In her free time she enjoys visiting with family and golfing. She says that she is excited about being elected as Councillor for Ward 4, and looks forward to her three years on Council
