Nominate your Neighbour Recognition Form

Recognize a Wood Buffalo home or business for their contributions in community beautification through winter lighting displays and decorations.


Nominations open from November 15 to December 15, 2011.


Rules
  • Photographs submitted must be the property of the entrant and must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication
  • Displays must be visible for public viewing
  • All pictures submitted are to be in digital format, landscape layout and labelled as: lastname_firstname_address
  • Images must be accompanied by a completed entry form
  • A panel of judges will select the photo to be featured in "Display of the Week"
  • Nominees will be contacted to confirm participation in the Nominate your Neighbour program

Certification of Entrant (Photographer)

  • I have read and agree to the Nominate your Neighbour program rules;
  • The photos are mine and I certify that they do not infringe on the property or on the rights of anys other person or entity, and I have all the necessary rights and authority to submit the photo; and
  • I agree to the collection, use and disclosure by the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo of my personal information for the purposes of administering the program and awarding prizes, if any, including but not limited to releasing the name of the winner to those who request such information.
  • I understand that by submitting thos photo, I consent and grant the irrevocable perpetual, unrestricted, non-exclusive rights royalty free rights and license to the use of all submitted photos to the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo.
  • I irrevocably consent to allow the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo to use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photos, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, etc. The images may or may not be used in conjunction with my name and are not subject to my approval before use, re-use, publish or re-publishing.
  • I agree that there will be no financial compensation for my time or expenses for this consent or the use of the images. I hereby release and agree to indemnify and save harmless the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, its agents and employees from any and all claims, demands and causes of action.
  • This agreement shall be binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.
