Visiting

The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo is a place where people want to be.

Fly fishing at the lodges along Lake Athabasca, canoeing the Clearwater River, off-roading through the sand dunes along the northern lakes, admiring the blazing Aurora Borealis or camping for the weekend at Gregoire Provincial Park, these are just a few of the activities the region has to offer.
