Q. Where can I find a bus schedule or map?
A. A transit map and schedule can be downloaded online from the Wood Buffalo Transit section or a paper copy can be picked up from the front counter of Jubilee Centre at 9909 Franklin Avenue. -
Q. How much does it cost to ride the bus?
A. A one-way cash fare is $1.25 per ride. Children aged five and under and senior citizens ride for free. Booklets and monthly passes can also be purchased. A full price list can be found in the Wood Buffalo Transit section. -
Q. Where can I buy a bus pass or tickets?
A. Bus passes and ticket booklets can be purchased at the front counter of Jubilee Centre at 9909 Franklin Avenue, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. -
Q. When is the last bus at night and the first bus in the morning to leave downtown?
A.Departure and return times vary depending on the route. A full route schedule can be downloaded online from the Wood Buffalo Transit section or a paper copy can be picked up from the front counter of Jubilee Centre at 9909 Franklin Avenue. -
Q. How long can I continue using a transfer to board buses?
A. Transfers can only be used once and are good for one day. -
Q. What transportation options are there for seniors and people with disabilities?
A. Specialized Transportation Service is an accessible door to door service for seniors, and those unable to board the regular transit system. See Specialized Transportation for more information including booking, hours of service and fees. -
Q. Where can I find a bus stop?
A. Bus stop locations are shown on maps in bus shelters and on the main maps in the printed and downloadable transit guides. Look for a red circle with a white letter S inside. On the street, look for a brown transit shelter or a separate bus stop indicator on a pole.
