Q. How could someone get involved with the Mayor’s Advisory Council on Youth (MACOY)?

A. Communities in Bloom (CIB) is a committee committed to fostering civic pride, environmental awareness and municipal beautification through community involvement and the challenge of a national competition. For information on CIB programs and events, visit the CIB website. -
