Clothing Services
Buying clothing on a low income is a challenge but can be done.
- Shop carefully and take advantage of sales.
- Shop in the bargain stores and check out garage sales and the Salvation Army Thrift Store.
- If you have clothes your children have outgrown, try swapping them with your friends for other sizes.
- Take care of your clothes; follow washing instructions and repair them as they need it (a stitch in time saves nine!).
- Similarly, keep your shoes clean and repaired and they will last a long time.
