| FRANKLIN AVE - Morrison St to Main St, April 23 - July 1 - [UPDATED] The infrastructure on Franklin Avenue has reached its designed lifespan and warrants replacement for future growth of the Lower Townsite. A new water supply line will also be installed at this time which will reinforce the water distribution system within the Lower Townsite in order to meet future redevelopment requirements. |
